Starting Jan. 1, 2025, a convenience fee will be added to all credit and debit card transactions with the City of Delaware. In the past, the city has absorbed the fee that is assessed by the credit card companies. We have other payment options available that avoid the fee.
The fees are 3.50% or min $2.50 for credit/debit payments and $1.95 for E-check payments.
